Spanning more than 43,000 m², the property unfolds in a spectacular setting of mountains and Mediterranean landscape.
Finca Asmoladora is available exclusively for long-term stays from 61 nights (minimum 2 months).
Casa Andrago and three additional casitas provide comfortable accommodation for individuals, couples,
or groups of up to 20 people who wish to live and work here for several weeks or months.
All units are fully equipped with everything needed for extended stays: fully fitted kitchens, living and
dining areas, washing machines, mesh WiFi for reliable work connectivity, heating, optional air conditioning,
bed linen, towels, and ample storage space.
The location in the Jalon Valley places you just 20 minutes from the beaches of the Costa Blanca.
Surrounding the property are vineyards, almond and olive groves, citrus orchards, and palms –
showcasing the diversity of the Mediterranean landscape.
Here you will find the ideal setting for your long-term stay from 2 months onwards – whether
to focus on work, relaxation, or an active lifestyle between mountains and sea.
